General Conditions of Sale – TCG Export

Welcome to TCG Export! These General Conditions of Sale ("Terms") govern the purchase of products by companies ("Buyers") from our wholesale website, www.tcgexport.com (the "Site"). By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

1. Definition

• "We," "Us," "Our": Refers to TCG Export, the operator of the Site.
• "Buyer," "You," "Your": Refers to the company purchasing products from the Site.
• "Products": Refers to the goods available for purchase on the Site.
• "Order": Refers to your purchase of Products from the Site.

2. Eligibility

• Only registered companies or businesses are eligible to purchase Products from the Site.
• By placing an order, you confirm that you are authorized to enter into a binding contract on behalf of your company.

3. Account Registration

• To place an order, you must create a wholesale account by providing accurate and complete business information, including your company name, address, tax identification number, and contact details.
• We reserve the right to approve or reject any account registration at our discretion.

4. Product Information

• We strive to provide accurate descriptions, images, and pricing for all Products. However, we do not guarantee that all information is error-free.
• Product availability is subject to change without notice.

5. Pricing and Payment

• All prices are listed in Hong Kong Dollars (HKD) unless otherwise stated.
• Prices are exclusive of taxes, customs duties, and shipping costs unless explicitly stated.

• We accept the following payment methods: SEPA or SWIFT Transfer or any other payment methods agreed by both parties

6. Orders

• Orders must be placed through the Site or via a written purchase order.
• Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase the Products.
• We reserve the right to accept or reject any order at our discretion.
• Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an email confirmation with your order details.

6.5 Preorders

• Preorder Availability: Certain Products may be available for preorder before their official release date. These Products will be clearly marked as "Preorder" on the Site.
• Payment for Preorders: A partial or full payment may be required at the time of placing a preorder as agreed in writing.
• Estimated Delivery Date: An estimated delivery date will be provided at the time of preorder. This date is subject to change due to factors beyond our control, such as manufacturing delays or supply chain disruptions.
• Cancellation of Preorders: Preorders may be canceled within 48 hours of placement. After this period, cancellations are not permitted unless the Product unless agreed by both parties. Cancellations might results in account suspension on TCG Export
• Refunds for Preorders: If a preorder is canceled or the Product is unavailable, a refund will be issued within 7 business days.

7. Minimum Order Quantities

• A minimum order quantity (MOQ) of [X] units per Product applies unless otherwise agreed in writing.

8. Shipping and Delivery

• Shipping costs and delivery times will be provided upon order confirmation.
• We ship Products worldwide unless otherwise restricted.
• Risk of loss or damage to the Products passes to the Buyer upon delivery.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.

9. Returns and Refunds

• Returns are only accepted for defective or damaged Products.
• To request a return, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery and provide proof of the defect or damage.
• Refunds or replacements will be issued at our discretion.
• Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the Buyer unless the return is due to our error.

10. Cancellations

• Orders may be canceled within 48 hours, provided the order has not yet been shipped.

11. Limitation of Liability

• To the fullest extent permitted by law, TCG Export shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or purchase of Products.
• Our total liability for any claim related to your order shall not exceed the total amount paid for the Products.

12. Governing Law

• These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
• Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Hong Kong.

13. Amendments

• We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice.
• Your continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
